Setting
up Rules in Microsoft Outlook:
1.
Click on Tools and select Rules Wizard
2.
Click on New
3.
Select "check messages when they arrive" then click next.
4. Scroll down and put a check in the box that says "with specific
words in the subject". In the lower box you will see "specific
words" underlined, click on "specific words"
5.
Type in "<spam>", then click add. Click on OK then
click next.
6.
Put a check in the box that says "Move it to the specified
folder". In the lower box you will see "specified"
underlined, click on "specified"
7.
Click on new, and type "spam" and click ok.
8.
Click on next, then click finish.
Setting
up Rules in Microsoft Outlook Express:
1.
Click on Tools -->Message Rules -->Mail
2.
Put a check in the box that says "Where the subject line contains
specific words" also put a check in the box that says "Move
it to the specified folder"
3.
In the lower box you will see "contains specific words"
underlined, click on "contains specific words"
4.
Type in "<spam>" then click add then click ok.
5.
In the lower box you will see "specified" underlined,
click on "specified"
6.
Click on "new folder", type in spam then click ok, click
on OK.
7.
Click on OK.
